Engagements with perception and sight, visual dialogue and experiential interpretations have been the themes that I have explored in my work. I am interested into the discourse of abstract painting, the formal concepts surrounding the painterly surface and looking deeper into the illusionist properties of space, colour, line and tone. My aim is to create a perceptual experience for the viewer.
